Returns & Refunds Policy

VegeSense promises that in the following cases, the product can be returned within 15 days from the date of sale (based on the actual date of receipt) and can be exchanged within 30 days. Please refer to the specific implementation details of the return policy as they vary according to the characteristics of each product.

Returns and exchanges are granted for the following:
  • Functional failures as defined by the national three packages;
  • Tested and confirmed by the manufacturer's designated or contracted after-sales service center, and issued a test report;
  • To the extent that the cargo flow is damaged or missing;
  • Logistics loss refers to the damage caused in the transportation process, liquid leakage, crushing, performance failures, after-sales personnel to verify that the situation is true (during the period of time may require courier personnel to prove or require you to provide in-kind photos, etc., in order to after-sales personnel to quickly make judgments in a timely manner), unconditional return for replacement matters.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for the following:
  • Any item not sold or distributed by VegeSense.
  • For out-of-warranty goods (goods that have exceeded the three-package warranty period).
  • Any item that has been used, except for quality issues;
  • Any item that has a quality problem due to abnormal use and storage.

Note: VegeSense system shows that the return and exchange period is calculated according to the estimated delivery time, the estimated delivery time can be found in My Account - My Orders, if due to the actual delivery time and the estimated delivery time does not match, resulting in your return and exchange can not be processed within the time limit, please contact the customer service center through self-service to apply for processing.
